STRIKER Cameron Peters hopes to continue firing in the goals for Bromsgrove Sporting after impressing in his first two games.
Peters has joined the Rouslers on an initial three-month loan from League One outfit Walsall and immediately made his mark on Saturday, netting in the 4-1 victory over AFC Dunstable in the Southern League Division One Central opener.
He then followed that up with two goals in the 11-0 demolition of ten-man Kidlington last night (Tuesday) in front of a bumper crowd of 910.
“It was great to get the two goals after netting on Saturday so personally I’m off to a good start,” said Peters.
“There’s no better feeling than scoring in front of a big crowd as it gets the adrenaline rushing and makes you want to score more.
“I just want to score as many goals as I can. I shall take each game as it comes and see where I end up.”
Peters has settled nicely into the Sporting squad and believes linking up with former Walsall man William Shorrock will bear its fruit.
“I know Will very well from our Walsall days and he’s a good laugh,” he added.
“We linked up really well when we were at Walsall and I think that’s because we just fit into each other’s play.
“Hopefully I can get him a few goals this season too.”
