BROMSGROVE Preparatory School have reason to celebrate after excelling at The Downs Malvern Aquathlon recently.
16 of the school’s budding athletes represented Bromsgrove, forming part of the 100 pupils from preparatory schools in the local area.
Competitors were tasked with the challenge of swimming 100m, followed up with an 800m run around the school grounds, with Alice Wilson-Marsh taking gold, and Megs Higgs going home with a silver medal in the under-11 girls’ competition.
Oliver Dieppe won silver in the boys equivalent event, whilst George Hastings and William Pridden finished with gold and bronze medals respectively in the under-13 boys category.
