BLACK Horse were dismantled in the final of the BFA Premier Cup, going down 6-1 to OJM on Sunday.

Dan Carter was the sole scorer during the final, played at the Walter Goodman Stadium, home of the Birmingham County FA.

There was another seven-goal laden final on show in the Worcestershire Nursing Minor Cup, where Broughsons hammered Hornets 5-2.

Adam Watson, Billy Garvey, David White, Mark Wilkes, and an own goal handed the Division 2 side a second cup of the season, following their WFA Sunday Junior Cup victory in April.

In Division 1, Rubery Sunday Juniors ensured at least a fifth-place finish, with a 4-1 victory over Kings Heath Albion.

Goals from Tyrell Isaac, Jack Garghan, Leon Hewitt and Ash Tullett sent Rubery into fourth, and will hold their position should Austin Ex Apprentices fail to take four points from their remaining two games.

Meanwhile, Chaddesley Corbett Ravens hit Bromsgrove Corinthians for 6, thanks to a William Tibbetts hat-trick.

Andrew Innes, Daniel Weston and Paul Bond were the other scores for the Ravens, whilst Daniel Ward netted the Bromsgrove consolation.

Quinton Athletic maintain their position on top of Division 2, after beating Rubery Legends 6-3, with doubles for Matthew Carter and Anton Gardner-Bennett, followed by strikes from Matthew Perry and Callum Burston-Keeley, giving Quinton all three points.

Longbridge Social keep up the pace on the leaders, beating Studley Swan 9-0, and still have a game in hand on Quinton, whilst Solihull Moors Sunday put seven past Redditch Borough in a 7-2 thrashing, and Chaddesley Pensioners edged Meadow Park 5-4.

Catshill ensured they can win the title by avoiding defeat against Bartley Reds, in a winner-takes-all game on Sunday – following a 5-2 win over Bromsgrove Academicals in the sole game in Division 3.

Daniel Wilkes hit a brace, whilst Nathan Poole, Lewis Smith and Stee Collett found the net, with Ben Gidley and Ryan Brown striking for Bromsgrove.
