Bromsgrove aim to get back winning ways

Bromsgrove Editorial 6th Nov, 2015 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016   0

BROMSGROVE will be looking to return to National Three Midlands action with a bang when they take on Nuneaton at Finstall Park tomorrow (Saturday).

Due to the Rugby World Cup final, there were no league fixtures scheduled last Saturday, giving Bromsgrove and other clubs the chance to rest up and enjoy the showpiece.

However, it will be business as usual this weekend as Dan Protherough’s men aim to get their campaign back on track after losing 45-26 away to Newport (Salop) two weeks ago.

Bromsgrove remain in the top four after seven games, three places above Nuneaton, but their Warwickshire opponents appear to be back to their best.

A shaky start saw the Nuns suffer two defeats in their opening four games, but back-to-back wins have seen confidence improve at Liberty Way and they will be keen to continue their winning streak.
