BARNT Green’s Siena Horton came away with a bronze medal at the Six Nations Hockey tournament in Cork.
The Bromsgrove School student was chosen to represent England’s U16 girls team for whom she showed great form.
Horton played for the team in 11 international matches, playing against Germany at Bisham Abbey, Belgium in Antwerp, and culminating in the Six Nations.
She also co-captained the U17 Mercia Lynx girls team at the Futures Cup and has since been selected for the England U18 national age group squad for assessments at Lilleshall.
