CHILDREN and staff from Jellybabies Nursery and Pre-School dressed as elves for a day of fun and to raise cash for the Alzheimers Society.
More than £25 was collected and will go towards improving diagnosis, care and treatment and finding a cure for dementia.
Nursery manager Jacqueline Walker said: “The children participated in a range of activities and games based around elves which they thoroughly enjoyed.
“As a charity ourselves we realise the importance of raising awareness and money for other charities and this was a great fun way to support the Alzheimer’s Society.”
