PUPILS from Crown Meadow First School in Alvechurch got to showcase their skills at the annual talent show.
Crown Meadow’s Got Talent took place before the youngsters broke up for Easter with each class holding auditions in February and nominating a winning act to represent them.
This year’s extravaganza featured singers, dancers, gymnasts and musicians and teacher Harriett Taylor said it was one of the most difficult decisions for the judges to choose an overall winner.
Daniel from year three took the title singing If You Want to Throw the Hammer from Matilda the Musical whilst dressed as Miss Trunchbull.
Mrs Taylor added: “The judges were very impressed with his singing and acting ability, as well as his wonderful costume.
“We are very proud of all the children who entered the audition process and we look forward to next year’s show.”
