Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust thanks county communities for their support

Bromsgrove Editorial 27th Apr, 2020 Updated: 27th Apr, 2020   0

THE Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust has produced a ‘Clap for our Carers’ video to say thank you to the communities for their support and generosity during the coronavirus outbreak.

The film displays a section of its employees carrying out the applause for NHS staff and key workers at a number of buildings across the county and the giant rainbow of hope created at Upton-upon-Severn Primary School.

As well as the regular 8pm applause every Thursday night for the last four weeks undertaken by millions throughout the UK, you can seldom go down a street in Worcestershire – or anywhere in the country – that does not have rainbows, signs and messages in the windows from people of all ages expressing their support for NHS frontline staff, carers and other key workers.
