A WOMAN and a young boy have been taken to hospital after a crash in Northfield this afternoon.
The incident happened at the junction of Shenley Lane and Long Mynd Road around 3.33pm.
The woman suffered multiple injuries and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
The boy was also treated at the scene before he was taken to Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
None of the injuries are believed to be life threatening.
Four ambulances, a paramedic officer and a BASICS Doctor attended the scene along with the police and fire service.
