BROMSGROVE’S Avoncroft Museum will be celebrating everything Volkswagen between 10.30am and 5.30pm this Sunday, May 19, with the ‘Flat 4 VW Club’ annual Aircooled VW show, writes Elliot Ball.
Petrol heads and car enthusiasts can expect to see everything from vintage classics to the best modern instalments in the VW range.
Visitors can also browse dozens of stands with rare and interesting memorabilia that should not be missed.
History lovers can expect to relive much more than just VW’s history with more than 30 historic buildings on offer in England’s first open-air museum.
The structures, spanning seven centuries, have been rescued from demolition and rebuilt in the picturesque Worcestershire countryside.
Guests can sit back whilst enjoying the family entertainment on offer.
Families are encouraged to make a day out of it with plenty of hot and cold refreshments within the grounds.
The general museum’s admission fees will apply.
