IN a video Worcestershire County Council’s director of public health Dr Kathryn Cobain has outlined current testing policies and what to do if you are experiencing symptoms, or if someone you have been in close contact with has symptoms.
She says: “One of the big changes is the change in testing.
“If you have symptoms, you do not need to get a test but you should follow the self-isolation policy.
“The advice is to stay at home for seven days from the point your symptoms first started, or 14 days if you have been in close contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms.”
