BROMSGROVE Police officers and West Midlands Ambulance staff were among those to applaud NHS frontline staff and other key workers during last night’s ‘Clap for Our Carers’.
Some banged pots and pans during the tribute.
Unfortunately town firefighters, also based in the same building as the police, were due to join in with the clapping but crews were called out to an incident minutes before.
Massive thanks to all of the NHS staff working at this difficult time 👏🏻 🚑 🚔 🔥sadly the fire bridge got sent to a job minutes before 💚💙❤️🌈 #bluelightfamily @WMerciaPolice @wmasadamlote @OFFICIALWMAS @BromsgroveCops @HWFireBGrove – D Shift. pic.twitter.com/wH6UK8JIt7
