ALMOST £1,400 was raised at the Christmas Fayre at Lickey Hills Primary School on Saturday.
A variety of festive activities were held on the day to get everyone into the spirit of the season.
Clare Millward, the chair of the school’s PTA said: “The event was a huge success with a wonderful Christmas atmosphere full of community spirit and cheer, Santa’s grotto was very busy with lots of children on the nice list. ”
She added the committee was looking forward to some careful financial planning to ensure every penny was reinvested into school to enhance the education and learning experience of pupils during their time at Lickey Hills Primary.
And she wished everyone a very merry Christmas.
