THREE stunning and unique Argenta biophilic Legacy prints of nature have been put up at the Garden Suite Unit at the Alexandra Hospital.

The beautiful images have been funded by the Alex’s League of Friends and also a family donation in memory of someone who passed away.

Argenta meanwhile provided the pictures at cost price to as a gift donation.

The company, Argenta Wellness, offers image of nature to bring wellness and life to interiors.

The aim is ‘biophilic design’ – our inherent association with nature and living things – and the theory is if we shut ourselves away from it, we fall sick.

Seeing even a replica / simulation of nature can reduce blood pressure, encourage less medication and reduce stress levels.

The firm’s director Vanessa Champion said: “We are hoping our Argenta Legacy Prints will bring a little light and life to those cancer patients undergoing hours upon hours of chemotherapy in the ward.”
