A STOKE Prior support provider has doubled its client base after helping hundreds of business owners navigate through the pandemic.
BizSmart, founded in 2012, helps businesses work out how they can grow in a successful and sustainable way.
The Hanbury Road company has doubled its client base over the last six months after transferring all meetings to Zoom after lockdown struck.
Owner Kevin Brent said: “Covid-19 has proved incredibly challenging for business owners across the region.
“We worked hard to ‘pivot’ and move more of our monthly services online.
“This way we could deliver the same standard of support to those working remotely.”
The use of technology has enabled BizSmart to welcome and support a large number of new business leaders, ensuring it can deliver vital support during this challenging time, whilst enabling its own growth.
Worcestershire County Council appointed the firm to deliver the ‘elevate’ programme, aimed at helping small and medium size businesses overcome challenges.
