REVEALED - The top ten most sought-after toys on lists to Santa from Midlands' children

THE ROYAL Mail has revealed this year’s top ten most wanted Christmas presents in the Midlands, according to what youngsters have put in their letters to Santa.

The top spot goes to anything from the Paw Patrol range with the Poopsie Surprise Unicorn in second place.

Third place goes to Lego Mini Figures, followed by a Nintendo Switch which was fourth in the region.

The X-Box One takes fifth spot with Meccano Max landing in sixth place.

Seventh place goes to the Nerf Gun, while Games (various) take eighth place on the list.

The Scooter appears in ninth with My Lovely Unicorn Ride On taking tenth spot.

For 55 years, Royal Mail has had the special privilege of managing Santa’s mailbag, giving us a unique insight into what children really want for Christmas

Santa’s helpers at Royal Mail analysed a number of children’s letters before sending them on to him at the North Pole

Axelle Galera, Royal Mail Chief Elf, has the important task of ensuring children’s letters reach Reindeerland at the North Pole.

She said: “Royal Mail plays a special part at Christmas. We are proud that for 55 years Santa has allowed us to help manage the thousands and thousands of special letters he receives from boys and girls across the UK.
