REVEALED - The dates of this year's Bromsgrove Santa Sleigh

NOT EVEN the Covid-19 pandemic can stop Bromsgrove’s annual Santa Sleigh which will be taking to the streets from December 6.

The crew from the Bromsgrove Round Table do have a permit to collect from the council but will not be knocking on doors.

Instead it has created an online link for people to donate.

The rule of six will also apply to Santa’s helpers who will all be wearing PPE – masks and gloves – keeping in line with the Government’s regulations.

This year’s Sleigh will start on December 6, visiting Breme Park, Harwood Park and Rutherford Road.

Next up on December 8 will be Greyfriars, Willow Road and Paget Close before the man in the big red suit heads to Deans Way and Hill Top on December 9 and Charford on December 11.

On December 12 Father Christmas will be at Woodland Grange, Lea Park Rise and Pennine Road and then on December 13 he will be in Stoke Heath.

Stops on December 14 include Perryfields and Sidemoor and on December 15 Santa will be going to Millfields, Highfields Road, Breakback Road and Forelands.

On December 16, the sleigh will journey to Bant Mill Road, Fordhouse Road and Blackwood Road and on December 18 Townsend, Norton Farm and Lickey End.

The crew are hopeful of a trip to Morrisons on December 19, although that is still to be confirmed.

And Father Christmas’ last two nights will be The Oakalls (December 20) and Stoke Prior (December 21).

Times are subject to change, depending on what happens.
