Public order in place to address anti-social behaviour in Rednal

Bromsgrove Editorial 5th Mar, 2018

A TWO-YEAR Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) to address anti-social behaviour in Rednal is now in place.

It gives the police to disperse groups of youths when they congregate together in Edgewood Road and the surrounding streets.

The order is backed by both West Midlands Police and Birmingham City Council and was brought about by Coun Carole Griffiths.

Coun Griffiths told The Standard: “This is what residents have worked towards, pleased to support and make this happen with the Longbridge Police.”
