THERE will be a pop-up police surgery in Woodrow Lane, Catshill, at 12.30pm this afternoon.
The event, being operated by the Bromsgrove Safer Neighbourhood Team, follows a stabbing in the area yesterday evening.
A 34-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment where his injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.
A 43-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and remains in custody.
Insp Gareth Keyte from Bromsgrove SNT, said: “Please come along to today’s surgery and speak with your team about policing, ride-alongs and volunteering.”
