POLICE are trying to track down a 21-year-old man who is wanted on warrant for failing to appear in court.
Philip Rowland is known to be living in Stirchley but also has links to Redditch.
He is charged with a number of theft from motor vehicle and interference with a motor vehicle offences and was due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on September 25 but failed to appear.
A warrant was issued for his arrest so that he can be put before the court as soon as possible.
He is white, 5ft 9ins tall and of medium build.
He has light brown shoulder length hair, blue eyes and also a number of tattoos including a cross image on his hand.
