NOMINATIONS are being sought for ‘local heroes of Bromsgrove District’ who have gone above and beyond during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The campaign to celebrate volunteers, businesses and community organisers has been launched by MP Sajid Javid.
It comes amidst last week’s 2020 National Volunteers Week and Mr Javid wants the communities to join him in saying ‘thank you’ to all those who have been helping out and providing support throughout the Coronavirus crisis.
Mr Javid urged people to nominate these unsung heroes so their stories could be shared and celebrated.
