Motorist in Rubery with no insurance, tax or MoT was twice the drink-drive limit

A DRIVER pulled over in Rubery in the early hours of this morning was twice the drink-drive limit and the vehicle had no insurance, tax or MoT.

Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit made the stop around 2.40am.
