Motorcyclist dies after crash in Belbroughton

A MOTORCYCLIST has died after a crash in Belbroughton.

The incident, involving the Kawasaki ZZR motorbike and a grey Fiat Punto, took place at 2.41pm yesterday afternoon (Sunday) in Hackmans Gate Lane.

The motorcyclist, who is thought to have been travelling from Belbroughton to Kidderminster, then collided with grey Ford Focus.

West Midlands Ambulance Service sent two ambulances and a paramedic to the scene where the motorcyclist was already receiving CPR having gone into cardiac arrest.




Ambulance staff took over but were unable to save him and he were pronounced dead at the scene.

Two other patients were taken to Russells Hall Hospital and a third was discharged at the scene.


Police are investigating the incident and have urged witnesses or anyone with any information to call 101, quoting 406 of June 11.
