A MAN with links to Bromsgrove is being hunted by police after failing to turn up to court on fraud and common assault charges.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Michael Tutt who is 36, white, of medium build and around 5ft 10ins tall.
He has a tattoo of a the name ‘Kerry’ on his neck and, as well as Bromsgrove, he also has links to Walsall and Hampshire.
Anyone who has seen Tutt is asked to call West Mercia Police on 101.
