Three men bailed over disturbance and death in Bromsgrove on Saturday night

THE THREE men who were arrested following the disturbance at the Dog and Pheasant Pub in Bromsgrove have been bailed.

The incident happened at 8.50pm on Saturday night and a 47-year-old man who collapsed was taken to hospital where he later died.

A 52-year-old from Derby, a 25-year-old man from Derby and a 48-year-old man from Telford were all arrested on suspicion of affray following the incident.

They were subsequently arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.




The men have been bailed until the beginning of May while investigations continue.

Det Sgt James Beard said enquiries were continuing to establish how the man died and the results of a post-mortem were also being awaited.


“We’d still like to speak to anyone who has any information that could help with our enquiries.”
