A DRIVER had a lucky escape this morning after their car collided with a barrier on the M5 in Bromsgrove.
The motorist suffered just minor injuries following the crash at 6.31am, near Junction 4a (for the M42).
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent an ambulance and paramedic officer.
The patient was treated at the scene and did not need hospital treatment.
One of the four lanes of the M5 between Junction 4 and 4a was closed for around an hour while Highways England officer sorted out the collision.
