Libraries may be shut but there's an e-easy way to keep on reading

LOCAL libraries may now be closed, but bookworms fear not, there are plenty of ways they can still curl up with a good book.

Now more than ever, during this period of social distancing, having access to audio books and e-books can be really important.

People may not be able to visit the library but it can come to readers through the county’s range of e-books, e-audiobooks, and eMagazines.

Bookworms can borrow up to 4 eBooks and 4 eAudio titles at a time through Borrowbox. The service is available to existing library members and anyone new signing up.

First time users will need to log in using their library number (the 8 digit numbers and in some cases letters) and library account password.

If you’re not an existing Worcestershire Libraries member, you can join instantly with a Digital Library Membership.

Visit: https://worcestershire.rbdigitalglobal.com/ or download the ‘RB Digital’ app. You then just follow the steps to create an account and add in your library card details.

Regarding returns, there is an extended return date for all library loans until further notice.
