Hereford and Worcester Chamber's 'state-of-business' survey will count the cost of Covid-19

Bromsgrove Editorial 8th Nov, 2020   0

A NEW ‘state-of-business’ survey has been launched by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce as the two counties continue to count the cost of Covid-19 and lockdown.

This latest survey asks companies for a confidential insight into the last three months of business, which will be published in a report to show how the local economy has fared in the last quarter.

The survey gives businesses the opportunity to share their experiences regarding sales, orders, recruitment, cash flow and business confidence.

By taking part, each company will be entered into a prize draw to win a Christmas hamper worth more than £100.

The findings from this latest survey will help form the Chamber’s Business Manifesto for 2021 – focusing on the top barriers to growth in the region identified by local businesses.

With many firms feeling the impact of coronavirus and current Brexit negotiations, the Chamber is keen to hear from as many businesses as possible.

Data collection for the report closes at 5pm on Monday, November 23.
