BROMSGROVE Sporting fans can give themselves a chance to win £300 and support their club at the same time by taking part in a new monthly prize draw.
Sporting Chance, launched to help the club generate some funding during the Coronavirus pandemic, is £10 per month to play.
When people sign up the cash is paid via standing order.
Then there are three prizes to win each month with the top one at £300.
The club said if the draw, similar to those introduced at other clubs, was given a good response the prize money would be increased.
Although there is no football being played, the club also has costs to meet.
Manager Brendan Kelly said: “Although Sporting is in a reasonable financial position at this difficult time, we have zero income but still have regular outgoings.
“With just 100 fans taking part in Sporting Chance, that would go half way to covering our monthly rent payments.
“We need to be in a strong position for a successful 2020/21 season, whenever that may be.
“Meanwhile I urge all the Sporting faithful to help out where they can with the pandemic.”
