FOUR HIGH value vehicles were stolen in car key burglaries in the early hours of this morning in Rednal.

The 17 plate black Mini Clubman Cooper D, a white 61 plate X6 BMW, a 17 plate black Nissan Quashqui and a 14 plate white Audi 6 S Line were stolen from Richmond Road, Kineton Road and Woodlands Road.

The raiders gained access to at least one of the properties via an open downstairs window, while a fishing rod was used to get the keys from another which were on a table near the front door.

Police have advised residents, even in this hot weather, to lock all windows when they are not at home and in the evening only have one upstairs window if it is necessary.

Any witnesses to any of the incidents or anyone with any CCTV footage in any of the roads are urged to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
