Five vehicles broken into in Belbroughton in just three days

POLICE are investigating a spate of thefts from vehicles which have all happened in Belbroughto within the space of three days.

In the first incident at The Bell, Bromsgrove Road, at 7.45pm on Saturday a Fiat was broken into when the raiders smashed the driver’s side window before ransacking the car.

In the second, in Church Road, between 7pm on Saturday and 2.15pm on Sunday, thieves broke into a van by smashing the lock off the back door.

The third saw a Suzuki Swift targeted at The Queens, Queens Hill at 8.30pm on Monday. The passenger side window was smashed on that occasion.




In the fourth at 9.30pm on Monday at The Bell, Bromsgrove Road, a bag, passport and cheque book were all stolen when a Honda Accord was broken into. The raiders smashed a window to gain access.

And in the fifth, at 10.30pm on Monday in the car park opposite the Talbot Hotel, a blue overnight bag was taken after thieves smashed the back window of a Range Rover.
