FIRST-TIME buyers are being invited to see the new Cofton View development in Longbridge this weekend.
It is being run by Taylor Wimpey and runs between 11am and 5pm on both tomorrow and Sunday to give prospective buyers the opportunity to find out everything they need to know about the Government’s Help to Buy scheme and getting on the property ladder.

The scheme enables buyers to secure a home with a five per cent deposit and the Government will provide a 20 per cent equity loan so the purchaser has to secure a 75 per cent mortgage.
Visitors to the event, off Low Hill Lane, will be able to view show homes on the site.
