Driver badly injured after bottle was thrown at his car in Bromsgrove this morning

A MAN was badly injured when a bottle of bourbon was thrown at his car early this morning.

It happened around 6.20am on the Kidderminster Road. at the junction of Willow Close and near to Sanders Park.

The man was driving to work at the time and saw three men in dark clothing.

They threw the bottle at his orange Toyota Aygo and it smashed the driver’s side window, causing the man to have multiple deep cuts to his face.




The victim was taken to hospital and needs surgery on his wounds.

Anyone in the area between 6am to 6.30am, anyone who saw the incident or three men in dark clothing acting suspiciously or people with doorbell or dash-cam footage from around that time in Kidderminster Road and the surrounding area should call police on 101 or email [email protected].
