THERE will be plenty of festive events at the Beacon Church Centre in Rubery this weekend, writes Demi Andrews.
The annual Christmas Cracker will take place at the Whetty Lane church from 10am to 12.30pm tomorrow.
The event will also feature festive Messy Church and a visit from Father Christmas who will have presents for the children.
For adults there will be the Beacon Brunch from 10am and there will be a range of stalls selling Christmas gifts, bric-a-brac and cakes.
On November 25 there will be the annual Primrose Hospital Lights of Love service at 4pm, when there will be an opportunity to light a candle and remember loved ones no longer with us.
