THE ‘Copa del Bradley’ will be played at Bromsgrove Sporting’s Victoria Ground next Friday, May 3.

This annual memorial fixture between West Mercia Police and firefighters from Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue is in memory of Delroy Bradley, a Bromsgrove firefighter who died suddenly four years ago just 14 days before he was due to retire.

It’s sure to be a tightly contested match too with the Police out for revenge after losing the previous three encounters.

Any money raised will be split between the Firefighters Charity, The British Heart Foundation and the Police Rehab Centre at Flint House.

Kick off is at 6.30pm, entry is free and there will be a raffle and live music after the match in The Rouslers Bar.
