WHILE we will all be experiencing Christmas ‘with a difference’ this year, my usual message, of checking in on your neighbours and friends, who may be alone, still stands and I think this year is more important than ever.
We have already seen a fantastic display of communities coming together to help each other out, and long may this continue.
From picking up shopping and prescriptions to a friendly phone call, these gestures mean such a lot.
It is also important to follow Government guidance to make sure we all stay safe while enjoying a Christmas period with our families.
While the restrictions have been relaxed, the concerns still remain the same and we need to work together to keep our Covid cases reducing.
With this in mind, I want to wish you all a very safe, wonderful Christmas time and let’s look to the new year with hope and peace and with the vaccine, good health.
