Cars stolen in Rubery burglary involved in crashes nearby

TWO cars which were stolen during a burglary at a Rubery house were involved in crashes nearby.

During the early hours on Thursday (June 8) thieves forced entry to a property on Whetty Lane and stole two sets of keys, one for a black Bentley Continental and one for a silver BMW One Series.

After leaving the property, the offenders drove off in the vehicles.

The Bentley has then been involved in a collision with a stationary vehicle on Callowbrook Lane, and the BMW involved in another collision nearby.




Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed these incidents, or who may have any information that could help with investigations. Please contact 101 quoting incident number 54S of 9 June.
