Car seized in Bromsgrove for having no insurance, tax or MoT

POLICE in Bromsgrove seized a vehicle for having no tax, insurance or MoT yesterday.

It comes in the week when West Mercia Police have taken more than 25 vehicles off the road because of motoring misdemeanours.

Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit have been carrying out Operation Tutelage, a clampdown on illegal drivers.

The majority of vehicles were stopped and action was taken against the drivers because they had no insurance or their policy had expired.
