A BROMSGROVE-based business woman was celebrating recently after being honoured at the ‘Celebration of Women’ awards.
The Managing Director of Bank Solicitors, Sobea Irfan, took home the coveted ‘Achievement in Business Award’ at the local ceremony which acknowledges the achievements of Bromsgrove’s women.
She was recognised for her hard work, compassion and commitment to delivering an outstanding service to the local community.
Mrs Irfan, owner of the successful firm, is also a mum to three boys and yet still finds the time to be a volunteer for the charity ‘Onside’ as a legal adviser for mental health sufferers.
She said: “I am so thrilled to have won.
“These awards are important because they give women a unique opportunity to acknowledge their success and become credible and inspirational role models for others.
“I would like to thank my hard-working team, whose passion and dedication to our clients is what makes the business the success it is today.”
The Bank Solicitors’ office on Bromsgrove High Street was set-up by Mrs Irfan in 2016.
