THE OWNERS of the 93 bus in Bromsgrove have moved to reassure residents that the service, and the 99 which it also runs, is continuing as normal.
The Standard was contacted amidst concerns for the route’s future after hearing the bus had been stopped.
Clearway of Catshill which has run services in the town for more than 20 years said there was one day – on October 29 – where the bus was off the road.
But, it added, that was a one-off and it was business as usual for the circulars which run between Bromsgrove town centre and Charford.
The Standard reported back in September how the 97 service was axed by the company which ran it as it was no longer viable.
