Bromsgrove's Aston Fields Middle School holds 'All Different, All Equal' Day

ASTON Fields Middle School held an ‘All Different, All Equal’ day to encourage its pupils to appreciate, respect and celebrate a wide range of different cultures.

Year five pupils learned about Indian traditions by constructing kites, friendship bracelets and making Mehndi using Rangoli patterns.

They also researched information about its cities, population, languages and religions.

Year six students learned about Eastern Europe by tasting Polish food, year seven children played samba drums and analysed businesses in the Caribbean and year eight looked into the Far East.




A school spokesperson said: “A wonderful day was had, celebrating cultural diversity and sharing important messages common to us all.

“Thank you to all the staff and pupils who made it another day to remember.”
