PUPILS from North Bromsgrove High School took part in a ‘Moon Mission’ which challenges participants to travel to the moon and back.

The event, organised by the University of Worcester, sees young people from the school and others walk, run, pedal, swim, toddle, row and wheel to collectively travel 477,714 miles. That is the distance it would be for a return lunar trip.

The ‘trip’ began on March 20 and runs until July 31.

Individuals, schools, colleges, community groups, families, parish councils, sports clubs, workplaces and more are all urged to join the Moon Mission.
