A BROMSGROVE photographer with a love of hedgehogs joined forces with other Instagrammers from around the country to create a picture with the prickly creatures to convey an important coronavirus message.

The montage, featuring Elizabeth Payne’s hedgehog Dobby and others from across the UK, reminds people to ‘stay safe, stay at home, protect the NHS and save lives’.

The creation also incorporates a rainbow which has become synonymous with hope throughout the COVID-19 crisis, along with the NHS logo.

Elizabeth, who has had her hedgehog for a few months and even has her own Instagram page for him, said: “We also created the picture to say a huge thank you to the brave souls who are risking their lives for all of us at this time.”
