TWO VEHICLES were stolen in a car-key burglary in Hagley.

The thieves struck around 1.35am on Friday in Rooks Meadow.

Once they had broken into the property, the thieves took the keys to a black BMW M140I and a silver Mazda TS2D estate.

The BMW had the partial registration number ‘MFZ’ and the Mazda’s was ‘XSU’.

Both were taken from the driveway and a handbag and wallet, along with their contents were also stolen.

A witness has said a large black car – believed to be an Audi – was parked nearby at the time of the incident.

Any other witnesses or anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimstoppers on 0800 555 111.
