17 drivers caught travelling at between 90mph and 104mph in two hours on the M5

A TOTAL of 17 motorists were caught driving at between 90mph and 104mph on the M5 in Worcestershire this morning.

The operation was carried out by West Mercia Police as part of Speed Awareness Week.

All the drivers were clocked within two hours by officers from Worcestershire’s Operational Policing Unit.

The fastest one caught was a taxi.
