THE MAN dubbed the fittest in the UK will be at Birmingham’s Bull Ring Shopping Centre between 10am and midday tomorrow (Saturday).
Bodybuilder, fitness icon and Mr Olympia competitor Ryan Terry will be launching a new range of protein products.
Fans will be able to meet him betweeen 10am and midday and he will be signing autographs and posing for photographs.
Ryan is an International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) pro champion and his incredible journey has seen him come runner-up at Mr Olympia and twice win the Arnold Classic – the two most prestigious bodybuilding championships in the world.
This September he will compete again compete again at the Mr Olympia Bodybuilding competition in Las Vegas between September 13 and 16 as he tries to win the competition for the first time.
There will be free samples of the USN Blue Lab Whey, competition give aways and discounts at Holland and Barrett stores nationwide.
