A BROMSGROVE counsellor has launched a new coaching business in the town to help people get their lives on track.
Emma Pears has based her Mind Elegance Coaching at the Bromsgrove Nutrition Centre in St John’s Street.
From there she will provide her unique blend of counselling and coaching expertise to help people who have always lacked confidence or people who have lost their confidence because of issues, such as separation, divorce, redundancy, serious illness, bereavement or other issues.
For those too busy for one-to-one sessions, Emma offers Skype consultations.
She said: “We have gyms for physical health and this service helps develop stronger mental health.
“Low confidence holds people back from enjoying their lives and reaching out for new opportunities.
“Life is a journey with no destination and that is a good thing because it means we can keep learning and growing into better versions of ourselves.”
Emma’s approach uses small goals and tailor-made exercises, combined with counselling for those whose issues run a little deeper.
