SHOPPERS at Bromsgrove’s ASDA have been thanked for their generous donations to The Basement Project.

After its latest food collection day at the store, on Market Street, the charity had plenty to take back to its base camp - all the donations will be used to help young people who are struggling financially for a variety of reasons.

Jackie Hooper, the project’s operations manager, said: “ASDA staff always make us so welcome and are very supportive of the Basement charity.

“We would like to thank them for their continued support.”
