School closures across Bromsgrove beacause of strike action

PARENTS are being warned to look out for school closures tomorrow (Thursday) as public service workers go on strike.

Council employees will be among those taking industrial action over pay, pensions and working conditions.

In Bromsgrove district, there will be full closures at Aston Fields Middle School, Catshill Middle School and Fairfield First School and there will be partial closures at others across the district.

Among those will be North Bromsgrove will only be open to sixth-formers and Crown Meadow First and Nursery School where only Classes three, seven and nine will not be in school.

Chadsgrove School and Specialist Sports College will be closed in the afternoon for 2LS and all day for 4LS, 6LS, 8LS, 11US, 12US, 13US, plus 2 from 14US, 1 from 10US and 1 from 3LS.
