A BROMSGROVE woman who is not known for her love of heights and daredevil antics is undertaking a skydive to raise funds for the Midlands Air Ambulance.
Caz Nicholls is taking the plunge on July 1 in memory of her dad Barry who passed away three years ago.
He was always supportive of the charity after falling off a 40ft cliff and breaking both his legs and an arm many years ago as it was the Air Ambulance which saved his life.
Caz told The Standard: “I was challenged by my other half who did not believe I would do one, but I am determined to prove him wrong.
“My dad was a real thrill-seeker and would be really proud.
“He would have loved to have done this himself,” she added.
Caz has set herself a fund-raising target of £800 and is already up to £610.
Those wanting to sponsor her can either visit http://fundraising.midlandsairambulance.com/caznicholls1972 or add their names to forms in Knights Pharmacy, Market Street, Bromsgrove, where Caz works.
